Terms and conditions governing participation in Hiplando Auctions for horses, ponies, equipment, and equestrian services.

1. About Hiplando Auction

Hiplando Auction is a professional platform connecting buyers and sellers in the global equestrian market. Hiplando acts as an intermediary and is not the owner of listed horses or items unless stated otherwise.

2. Registration

Users may be required to create an account. Hiplando reserves the right to verify identity before participation. False information may result in suspension.

3. Sellers' Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about horses, including age, pedigree, health, veterinary records, media, and known defects.

4. Buyers' Responsibilities

Buyers must review all available information before bidding and are encouraged to request veterinary checks, X-rays, or additional details.

5. Bidding

All bids are binding. Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn unless approved by Hiplando in exceptional cases.

6. Reserve Price

Some auctions include a reserve price. If not met, the seller is not obliged to sell the item.

7. Auction Closing

Auctions close at the scheduled time but may be extended or cancelled in case of technical issues or fraud concerns.

8. Payment

Payment must be completed after winning confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or legal consequences.

9. Commission & Fees

Hiplando may charge commission or service fees depending on agreement with the seller. Fees are communicated before listing.

10. Veterinary Checks & Trials

Veterinary inspections, X-rays, and trials are generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

11. Transport & Logistics

Transport, export, and logistics are arranged between parties. Hiplando may assist but does not assume liability.

12. Horse Condition & Warranty

Horses are sold based on provided information. No guarantee is given unless explicitly stated in writing.

13. Liability

Hiplando acts as a platform and is not responsible for disputes, veterinary results, transport issues, or buyer/seller decisions.

14. Cancellation of Sale

A sale may be cancelled in cases of non-payment, fraud, false information, or legal issues.

15. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activity, fake identities, or misleading horse data is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials belong to Hiplando and may not be reused without permission.

17. Privacy & Data

Personal data is used only for platform operations and is not sold to third parties.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Hiplando's registered country.

19. Acceptance

By using Hiplando Auction, users confirm acceptance of these conditions.
