1. About Horse Sale

Hiplando Horse Sale is a fixed-price equine sales service for sport horses, ponies, and related opportunities. Hiplando acts as an intermediary and is not the owner of listed horses unless stated otherwise.

2. Registration & Verification

Users may be required to provide accurate identity and contact details. Hiplando may verify users before listing, viewing, or purchasing horses.

3. Listing a Horse

Sellers must submit complete horse information, photos, videos, and documents. A listing fee of EUR 99 may apply unless covered by a subscription plan.

4. Sellers' Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate details including: age, pedigree, height, discipline, price, veterinary history, media, and all known issues.

5. Review & Publication

Hiplando may edit, refuse, or remove listings that are inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

6. Price & Availability

Prices and availability must always be accurate. Sellers must notify Hiplando immediately of any changes or sale status updates.

7. Buyers' Responsibilities

Buyers must review all information before purchase and may request additional checks, including veterinary exams or trials.

8. Buying via Video & Documents

Purchases may be made based on videos and documents. Buyers accept responsibility for evaluating provided information.

9. Trial Reservation

Trials may be arranged when available and require written confirmation. A trial does not guarantee availability unless reserved.

10. Veterinary Checks

Veterinary checks and X-rays are generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

11. Sale Confirmation

A sale is only confirmed when agreed in writing between buyer, seller, and Hiplando.

12. Payment

Payment must follow agreed instructions. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or penalties.

13. Commission & Fees

Hiplando may charge a listing fee (EUR 99) and a 10% commission on successful sales unless otherwise agreed.

14. Transport & After-Sale Support

Transport, export, insurance, and logistics are handled between buyer and seller, with optional Hiplando assistance.

15. Horse Condition & Warranty

Horses are sold based on available information without guarantee unless explicitly stated.

16. Liability

Hiplando is not responsible for disputes, veterinary outcomes, transport issues, or performance after sale.

17. Cancellation of Sale

Sales may be cancelled due to non-payment, fraud, misinformation, or legal issues.

18. Fraud Prevention

Fraud, fake identities, or misleading horse data is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.

19. Intellectual Property

All Hiplando content, branding, media, and listings remain protected and cannot be reused without permission.

20. Privacy & Data

Personal data is used only for service operation and is never sold to third parties.

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Hiplando's registered jurisdiction.

22. Acceptance of Conditions

By using Hiplando Horse Sale, users confirm they accept these conditions in full.
